After spending years with this person they immediately jump into another relationship, leaving you scratching your head like, this isn't a job. You put your two weeks notice in while you're applying for other jobs, next thing you know, ‘peace out’. It wasn't healthy how they left or when they put all of the relationship blame on you, right after they leave. Anyone who cares about your mental well-being won't do that to you. Not only do you not get the opportunity to redeem yourself, you get the gift of your mind being stuck in this unbreakable loop, and let's not forget about when you've been ghosted. Like I said before, if you spent years with this person and you've never cheated, never abusive in any way shape or form, being ghosted feels a lot like a discard.
