Affirmations for Anxious Attachment Healing

Now, what I want for you to do, is to find a comfortable position, take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax as we begin these affirmations designed to heal your anxious attachment style and cultivate a sense of security and self-love.

Remember, it's okay to feel anxious sometimes, it's part of being a human being. With each affirmation, you are nurturing a more secure and loving relationship with yourself.
